Whilst there is still a lot of uncertainty surrounding us, we are definitely certain of one thing-

We are going to do everything possible to ensure that 90 disabled children get the summer holiday of their dreams!! And, we cannot do it without you!

 90 children with special needs have one light in the darkness. They are counting down the days to Camp Horizon’s 2-week summer residential. Our program is filled with all-inclusive trips and activities suitable to our children's needs ensuring that we bring the light into their otherwise dreary days. Every child has a 1:1 carer who gives them the love, care, and warmth that enables them to reach their full potential. We provide our children with everything they need, and give their parents and siblings the much required respite.

 Between morning carnivals and evening campfires in the daily program, children become artists, swimmers, athletes, adventurers, and most importantly friends. Our campers form a unique community, living alongside other kids coping with similar challenges. With the support of both counsellors and roommates, kids discover they are capable of doing things they never dreamed possible. Trips include soft-plays, farms, amusement parks and more, and our activities range from sensory time, foam play, paint fights, and individual tailored activities for our users that cannot participate in group activities.

We want to bring a spark to their life with the holiday of their dreams; constant action, fun and excitement. We want to give their parents a break from their caring responsibilities but we can’t do it without your help!
