Ba’er Hatorah was founded for boys leaving school, who need a small Yeshiva with a Hanholo that understand them, and a schedule that pushes them to do their best, yet with realistic expectations.

Our constant focus is to ensure that every Bochur is given the chance to taste the sweetness of Torah learning, no matter what his past success rate may have been. To this end we are now in our fifth year of running the Vhaarev Na program which has given countless bochurim a genuine connection and love for gemora learning. Alongside this we invest into each Bochur, building him so that he can move on in life with solid Torah values, ready to stand strong in the outer world once he leaves our Yeshiva doors.

Our fundraising throughout this year has been very difficult due to Covid, and Purim which is normally a source of financial support for the yeshiva, has now also been compromised.

We present you here with our virtual purim shpiel ‘’yankel’’, based on Abie Rottenberg’s song, where we show you in an entertainig way how every bochur is given the support and a chance to succeed in our yeshiva.
