We are raising our target to £2.8million. Please keep donating. In such uncertain times, this is our one major opportunity to turn to the community to secure our vital services.
For 25 years Camp Simcha has been a lifeline to seriously ill Jewish children and their families, bringing practical and therapeutic support, together with hope and joy at the darkest of times.
We support over 1,200 family members throughout the UK, with over 50 different medical conditions – and reach another 12,000 sick children via hospital outreach.
Having a seriously ill child is painful and stressful at any time, but these past 11 months have been unbearable and terrifying for the families Camp Simcha supports.
Our dedicated services team and 13 Family Liaison Officers are available 24/7 providing bespoke care through our range of 23 different services.
These include family support, respite care, hospital transport, crisis household support, therapeutic arts sessions, counselling, sibling support, parties and outings, residential retreats and so much more.
This past year, with the cancellation of many of our fundraising events, including our biennial London and Manchester dinners, we are facing a shortfall of £2million.
With annual running costs of £2.4million, it is crucial that we raise enough money to ensure we can continue to be there for every UK family who need us.
WE CAN’T DO IT WITHOUT YOU.
Together we can make a huge difference to the families Camp Simcha supports.
Thank you from all of us at Camp Simcha.
