This Christmas, Tŷ Hafan will once again be running the ‘Every Precious Life’ match funding appeal, aiming to raise £200,000 in just 56 hours to help care for more children with life-shortening conditions and their families. What's more, every donation received between Monday 16th - Wednesday 18th November 2026 will be DOUBLED by our generous match funders!
