Did you know that thousands of families right here in Wales live with the knowledge that their child is going to live a short life, and far too many are facing it alone? Itโ€™s hard to think of so many families going through the unimaginable without support and that number keeps growing.

That's why Tลท Hafanโ€™s 'Every Precious Life' Appeal is aiming to raise ยฃ400,000 in just 60 hours to walk alongside more families in need through life, death and beyond. Families like Tommy's and Emrys'; two beautiful baby boys who were both just 8 days old when they died. Please watch their stories at the links above.
