At Hospiscare, we know that every day matters.  

Hospiscare is the hospice charity providing specialist care to patients and their families living with life-limiting illnesses, across Exeter, central and east Devon. 

Our goal is to provide outstanding end-of-life care when and where it’s needed most.  

Our expert team of doctors, nurses, therapists and counsellors, provide care – completely free of charge – to our patients in their own homes, in a care home, as an outpatient or on our hospice ward. 

We know that for most of our patients, home is where they wish to be in their final days and hours – in a familiar, comforting environment surrounded by their loved ones, pets and personal belongings. 

To help us achieve this goal for local people living with terminal illnesses, we’re aiming to raise an incredible £400,000 this March for our at-home services.  

 Keeping Care at Home – our chance to make a difference in just 36 hours 

By supporting our Keeping Care at Home appeal, you can play a vital role in bringing our care to local people in need.  

Thanks to a wonderful group of early pledgers, donations made during this 36 hour fundraising sprint will be doubled* – so your support will go so much further!
