KEF KIDS is a London-based charity dedicated to supporting children and young adults with a wide range of physical and learning disabilities and their families.

KEF was founded in 2006 by Benny and Shelley Groszman and Shmulik and Channi Halpern, with their children Michali and Nuchi and just two other children. Nineteen years later, the organisation has grown to support over 100 families with a range of support services. Tragically and unexpectedly, Nuchi passed away just a few months ago; he leaves a painful and unimaginable void for his family and for everyone at KEF. However, his huge legacy of this special organisation built purely on the desire to help others and lessen their burden will ensure that Nuchi will never be forgotten.

BIKE4KEF was launched in 2014, and has become a much anticipated event in the North West London diary.  The build-up of excitement amongst riders and supporters is felt across the community and beyond.

We are delighted and grateful to both returning and new riders who have signed up for BIKE4KEF 2025, riding for the children of KEF and ensuring that KEF KIDS can keep providing the highest quality of services to the members of our community who need it most.

BIKE4KEF is KEF’s main annual fundraiser.  We are so grateful for your support.

Dear Friend,
I never believed at 65 I would be back on my bike attempting to ride for KEF... however,
KEF IS MICHALI'S LIFE -her social - her friends - her fun time - her support - her comfort zone - her second home!
KEF IS OUR LIFELINE - our respite - our free time  knowing Michali is having so much fun with her friends in her second home.
Not to mention the lifeline KEF is for all the other 100+ families who are relying on KEF!
So please donate on my page to help us continue the "cycle of support" KEF gives to so many without whom their lives would be very different.
Warm regards
Michali's Daddy!

🚴‍♂️ We’re Riding for KEF – 100km of Love, Joy, and Inclusion! 🚴‍♂️

Hi everyone,

We’re taking on a big challenge together—100km (and 50km!) on our bikes—to raise money for a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts: KEF.

KEF is a charity that supports children and young adults with physical and learning disabilities through amazing clubs, camps, and activities. Our son and brother, Eitan, is one of those children. And honestly? He’s never happier than when he’s at KEF.

Whether it’s a Sunday club or a summer camp, KEF is where Eitan shines. It’s where he’s celebrated, included, and surrounded by love. As a family, we’ve seen firsthand the joy and confidence KEF brings him—and the peace of mind it gives us knowing he’s in such good hands.
Rafael, who’s riding 50km, also volunteers as a KEF leader. He sees up close just how much the children benefit from the care, fun, and friendship KEF provides—not just as a brother, but as someone who’s part of the team making the magic happen. It’s a privilege and a joy for him to give back to the place that gives so much to Eitan and so many others.

That’s why we’re riding. I’m doing 100km, and Rafael’s doing 50km, all to raise as much as we can for this incredible organisation. Every pound you donate helps KEF continue to create magical experiences for children like Eitan and provide vital support for families like ours.
Please sponsor our ride and help us make a real difference.

Thank you so much for your support—it means the world to us.
With love,

Martin & Rafael
