Shema Koli

Shema Koli is the first-ever Helpline for victims of abuse in the Jewish Community.

The Shema Koli Helpline helps victims of abuse in the Jewish Community tell their story – women, men and young adults – often for the first time, possibly even years since their abuse took place.

We offer an anonymous, sensitive, and confidential helpline service.  Our professionally trained operators will listen, validate and advise those who have experienced or been affected by any form of abuse, whether emotional, physical, sexual or any other.

Educating the community about staying safe

We believe that the key to abuse prevention is educating young people, parents, educators and community leaders about the dangers of abuse and how to keep our homes, schools and shuls safe and secure.  We provide a range of training courses, lectures and seminars to the Jewish community and we consult to professionals and education leaders.

Our Safeguarding workshops are customised to the sensitive needs of the orthodox Jewish community and have been delivered to over 40 schools and 1,000s of parents all over the UK.
