For the past four and a half years, an evening kollel has been thriving at Hendon Adath Yisroel Congregation. Each weekday night approximately 20 avreichim come to learn. 

The impact has been remarkable. Each evening between 40–50 people are learning in the shul, creating an atmosphere of serious Torah study and connection. The avreichim also dedicate time to learning with members of the community, strengthening both learning and relationships within the kehilla.

In the past six months the kollel has expanded further with the addition of a full-day kollel. This now includes 12 avreichim learning in the morning and 6 in the afternoon, deepening the presence of Torah learning throughout the day. Some retired members of the community have also joined the daytime kollel, adding to the growth and vibrancy.

The kollel has become a tremendous game changer for the kehilla. With continued support, there are plans to expand it even further בעזרת השם, allowing Torah learning in Hendon Adath Yisroel to grow and flourish for years to come.
