Are You OK?

The statistics say that 1 in 4 UK teens aren't.

So how seriously do we take their challenges?

In 2025, almost 100 trained JTeen volunteer counsellors were on hand to ensure that the 1,500+ teens who reached out for immediate support had someone to talk to. Meanwhile, our prevention programmes reached thousands more - through Mastering Your Mind wellbeing curriculum now in schools across the UK, JStudent support for university students facing unprecedented challenges, and training for parents, teachers and community leaders.

But the data suggests there are over 11,000 Jewish teens in the UK who need support and aren't receiving it.

Our mission? To find them, and to make sure they can find us.

We need your support to expand our helpline capacity, scale our prevention programmes into more schools and communities, and remove the stigma around teenage mental health for good.

Because JTeen doesn't just respond to crisis - we work to prevent it. Teaching young people resilience tools before they reach breaking point. Building mental health literacy across our community. Creating a future where asking "Are you OK?" is normal, and getting help is never shameful.

Everyone needs an "Are You OK?"

A community united in supporting mental health will be the reason there is a brighter future for the next generation.
