To be honest, we would like to ask you for your donation. But we would also like to ask you to give us a moment of your time first. Because we need something that goes far beyond a donation.

Buildings can be erected with iron and concrete, with money, with construction plans and with workers.

However, our building cannot be erected with all these things alone. 

For our building to shine in all its glory for all eternity, for the building of the generations in the IRG Basel community to continue to stand in glory for many years to come, we need far more than money. 

We need your full dedication and your active commitment.

Our community has been developing for 100 years, founded by the dedication and lifeblood of the founding generation, which passed the sceptre on to the next generation, and so on from generation to generation. With blood, sweat and tears, the founders established and built this spiritual beacon in the middle of the wasteland. And since then, this place of toiro and education, of community and tefiloh, of kindness and charity, has continued to develop and flourish, to grow and gain strength. 100 years have passed since then. And now - it is in our hands!

The keys for future generations are in our hands!

We are currently in the middle of constructing the new building for our Jewish school in Basel. In order to complete the construction and move into the building in time for the next school year, we need your help.

Donate more than just money with your contribution for the future of generations, for our building of generations. Rather, you enable us to continue to give our heart and soul to our community and our future.

Let us proclaim together these days, as one man and with one heart, the continuation of our lineage, the passing of the torch from our generation to the next, and that we will do all that is necessary and possible for the continuation of the generations to come, B'Siyata Dishmaya.
