The vision of Harav Shmuel Osher Schlame, שליט"א, Mashgiach of Yeshivas Shaarei Torah, brought Kollel Yissocher Be’Ohelecha to Prestwich, Manchester, nine years ago. His founding purpose was to create a makom Torah where every avreich could be afforded the opportunity for his own personal growth and shteiging. With the appointment of Rav Yossi Steinhouse, שליט"א, as Rosh Hakollel, the Kollel took on the character of its leader, a true talmid chacham of outstanding caliber. 

Over the past nine years the Kollel drew premier yungerleit returning from Eretz Yisrael and has expanded to 18 Yungerlait. The Kollel's reputation as a מקום of serious and committed avreichim, dedicated with great ameilus to their learning, is now firmly established among the mekomos haTorah of Manchester. 

The yungerleit are learning with incredible ameilus, yet their growth is dependent on our collective support. The financial costs of supporting the Kollel are significant.
