"מקום תורה" אינו שם מוסד, מקום תורה הוא שמה של מהפכה של תורה ויראת שמים בחיפה, "מקום תורה" חידש שאין אברך שאין לו כולל ללמוד בו, "מקום תורה" חידש שאין אברך שלא יהיה לו את המסגרת שבה הוא חפץ, "מקום תורה" חידש שלכל אברך בחור או ילד בחיפה מגיע את כל המסגרות שיש לאברך לבחור או ילד שלומד בירושלים, "מקום תורה" חידש שגם בלילה בשישי שבת וביומי דפגרא אפשר וצריך ללמוד, ויהיה את המסגרות ללמוד בהם! "מקום תורה" חידש שיש אפשרות ללמוד רצופות בחיפה, והכי חשוב, "מקום תורה" חידש שאדם ירא שמים שגר בחיפה יוכל לומר בבטחה "איני דר אלא במקום תורה" והעתיד העתיד הוא יהיה גדול הרבה יותר בעז"ה להגדיל תורה בחיפה! עד בלי די אצל יראי השם בכל מה שיהיה צורך , ואצל מי שעדיין לא זכה להיות ירא השם... להראות לו את הדרך לזה.. 
 הפרוייקט האדיר הזה עולה מליונים רבים בכל שנה, ועל כן אנו זקוקים לעזרה, גם שלך, בשביל שבעזרת השם כל מה שכבר יש ימשיך ויפרח ואף כל תוכניות העתיד יתממשו.
