It’s apparent in learning: mastering the Mesechta, saying Chaburos clearly, delving into complex Shiurim, raising their level of Hasmadah.

When you meet them, you’ll see the effect on the whole person: happy, confident Bochurim with Simchas HaChaim. Watch a bochur daven or interact with him and you’ll notice the ehrlichkeit.
