'BUILDING STRONGER FOUNDATIONS FOR TOMORROW'S GROWTH'

We are a wonderfully welcoming community with a rich heritage and a burgeoning future ahead. St John’s Wood Synagogue is very much a place to call home, for members and friends, newcomers and long-term residents. 

Centrally located within easy reach of Marylebone, Hampstead, Little Venice and Notting Hill, families who have lived here for generations have been joined in recent years by people from across the UK, Europe, Israel and the world, who have chosen to make the area their base. 

We are proud to be able to partner with CharityExtra to run a campaign in order to secure the future of this amazing institution. 


The campaign is simple. 

All pledged donations are matched during a time limited period of just 36 hours. We have tracked quite a few recent campaigns run by CharityExtra, and with your help we believe we can achieve outstanding results for ST JOHN’S WOOD SHUL and most importantly, hugely benefit all our members and indeed future generations by investing in the buildings in order to improve the facilities as well as in the Educational programmes we are able to offer. 

Please join us in making this campaign one to be proud of by donating as much as you feel you are able- every little helps. Every donation we receive will be matched by a team of kind donors, so if you donate £1 it will become £2!
